Default Help!!!! Oil on radiator cap

changed my oil yesterday and as i was checking all my fluids when i took the rad cap off it was caked with oil did not appear that there was exsecive amounts of oil in the coolant but deff caked on there can anybody tell me whats going

The coolant at the the top of rad is discolored overflow is normal color I haven't been able to tell on the loss of oil seeing I just changed it however there was quite a bit missing before I changed it yesterday and deff not loosing coolant IDK WTF thanks for the help

guaranteed its a cracked oil vessel in the radiator the oil runs through a tube or whatever that goes through the radiator and oil runs at higher psi than coolant which would explain why theres oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil.
