i dont think there is any need to remove the cups if they didnt come out with the injectors. if you do remove them then make sure your coolant is drained because coolant will dump into your cyl. and its not fun to get out. about your loctite thing im not sure what you want to loctite but you shouldnt have to loctite anything in the injectors unless it said to do it

loctite the bottom of the cups if they come out, but new nozzles will not fix your fuel in oil problem you will have to replace injector bodys

boy thats a bummer the body of the injectors is defective or what,i inspected all of them and didnt see any cracks but that probly doesnt mean anything ,i did see a weird problem in the return down inside of the return i mean it looked like a small pit smaller than a pencil lead it looked like the injectors had been replaced by the numbers on the injector nozzels they were a little differnt than the dragon fly i aslso noticed thr body number csting was 77 and i have one from the junk yard to help learn it had a casting of 98 does that mean one is up dated or differnt would you know anything about this boy thanks for the help i really appreiciate it back to gether with the injectors so ill start it and see if it worked but i had trouble getting #7 in the cup i mean it finally whent in i did drain the coolant but i had to pull the glow plug to check to see if there was coolant it didnt seem to will it hydrolock the mmotor if there is a tiny bit that got in thier very very small amount frrom blowing air in the hole to clean up i use a plumming flute to clean the old loctite it worked great gosh thanks for the help really apreciate it thank you if you could give any more advise i need all i can get thanks again
