Just drive it and see if it throws the code? Then I will know it is not a grounding issue?

I have everything crossed I can get crossed. Sure is hard to drive that way, though.

I thought you said the truck runs fine and that the codes cleared??

Right here:

It did run fine, and the codes did clear. I was saying that if I leave the cable on and it throws a code again I will know it is not a ground issue with the ECM.

I went on about a 340 mile trip this weekend, against better judgment, and had no issues. I am going to take the jumper cable off and see what happens. If it drives OK for a while I will try putting the Edge back on. What are your bets on? Edge Comp, VP, APPS, ground?

It gave me a little lip this morning and did not start like normal. No codes. Fired up the second time.

Keep driving it I guess until some other symptoms show up...

I took the jumper cable off, and no issues. I will reinstall the Comp next week when I am home from school to check it out.
