went to dealer had work done on my 98 24v cummins
according to the job description this what it said:
cut and installed an overlay harness for tps sensor to pcm cleared code.

week later hauled no loads going up hill stomped on it and than ck eng lht comes on.
My led light for the lift pump did not light up and i hear the eletric motor engage so i think thats fine. Can anyone shed some light?

I Know this might seem too simple, and maybe a lil stupid But If Shes running OK,
Just diconnect Both battery's to clear the code, and drive it again.
If It throws another Code, its probly related to the TPS sensor range, and if it was mine I'd be driving right back to that Shop to make em fix it.
Obviously TPS (throttle position sensor) was effected when they rewired the harness, it might be that it needs to be recalibrated?? just throwing it out there.
