HELP! power steering and brakes gone!

On Monday my power steering and breaks went out all of a sudden after letting it run and figuring out the suply from the power steering pump is not flowing at all so we replaced it that day. First start it was back to normal then it made an annoying fluttering noise when we checked the fluid level it was empty so we added more and thought it was air in the system and today it was on jackstands and seemed to work on the test drive I lost all steering. And most of my brakes any advice?????? Any and all help I need this truck every day

Do you know why my power steering doesn't pump cus when we replaced it and cracked the like it was insane pressure but now has none and that's the line that feeds the hydro

I'm not familiar with the hydro setup, is your pump mounted on your vacum pump ? possibly a problem with the gear or shaft on the vacum pump if it is.
