Question HIGH IDLE -SCT Livewire 6.4L DPF/CAT Delete installed today - HIGH IDLE

Hey guys, this is another part of my issue from yesterday, as it has just now occured, but not sure if its really a problem..

I put the DPF/CAT delete pipe on, 4" - I programmed the truck on Extreme mode, and answered all the questions correctly, but when it said " Did you disable the EGR system", I originally said NO, cause I didnt actually manually do anything, and it said "Did you install a DPF delete kit", and I said YES, then I went to Adjust Parameters and I disabled my seatbelt chime.. WELL, once it finished programming, my truck would NOT start !! I had 1 sensor that was still on the old pipe (the rear one), plug and sensor- We could not get the sensor out, so we unclipped it from the connection, and it stayed on the old pipe- Once I realized it wasnt connected to my trucks electrical system, and my truck wouldnt start, I finally got it off the old pipe, and I was able to clip it in, and stick the sensor into the pipes hole/bung- I also went back and answered YES to disabling the EGR system.. Then it started up, and sounds like a jet engine, and runs like a new truck, but I have a sensor that has 2" snipped off the end of it, and just sitting in the hole of the pipe.. Is that a problem? Or by answering yes to disabling EGR system, did that make the vehicle start ? Or by plugging the sensor into the electrical 2 prong plug, make it start ?? Thats my first issue, but it started so I can either replace the sensor and see, but thats $70 I dont want to spend !!! This is more important = Am I suppose to be idling higher than I was before, with extreme tune and dpf/cat delete pipe ??? It is idling right at 1000rpm, and it was 500 before- I dont know if I should reprogram the truck in performace mode and see if its just the way Extreme mode is, or is the sensor doing it ? Seems like the sensors could be the problem, or not at all.. One guy said I didnt need any of the sensors in my new pipes, and then SCT said they all had to be undamaged and intact, just like the way they came out !! By disabling the ERG and regeneration, why do the sensors matter, or do they ?? Mine are all in place, except that rear one has the end cut off, and is sitting in the pipe.. Is that end of the sensor and sensor important still, and have anyhting to do with the idle, or not ?? Any idea ?? I thought someone that has a SCT with dpf delete could share what they see in Extreme and Performance, and their idle RPM's and if they use their sensors, or not - Ive saw pipes for sale without sensor bungs, so i dont know why they would have to be in place, but I can see that they would need to be connected still, but tucked away??? I dont know- Any help would be appreciated !!! THANKS
