Default Air dog 2 help!!!

Ok so I need help on modifying the fuel canister! Tge instructions don't help much it's saying we need to gut the whole bottom of this thing????

Didn't "gut" either of mine just drilled the top to accept the new fitting, installed the pickup at the bottom of the canister and driller the two holes on each side of the canister like it said. I'm confused on what your being told to gut out?

Heres my install on my 12v. https://www.dieselbombers.com/show-t...-p-pump-4.html and you have to drill a hole in the return (old feedline) since u cnt just cut it since the tubes support the unit.

The instructions said gut out all the oe stuff like the first screen in there and just leave the secon at the bottom

This is what the instructions said but luckily apparently my way is better hahaha mighty diesel mr Tony just called and helped me out thanks mr Tony!

wow, they really changed up the directions since last year.... I hate plying guinea pig on stuff like this... Looks like a better setup then what they told me to do. gonna have to give Charlie a call tomorrow

Apparently I also have to wire it into the inside fuse box in the cab of my truck

Ok thanks guys for the help! Finally got the little well you fill it in ans after I installed it is it normal for the acc. Pedal to feel a little stiff?? Feels like I am actually getting fuel now I guess

you might want to look at your cable. installing airdog would not change anything on the pedal.
