So i recently added a four thousand rpm governing spring to my cummins and right after it started to miss and run rough in higher rpms...now on start up it sounds like its gunna **** a piston. it runs rough and misses really bad till you give it throttle then you can drive it normally. but it will still cut out in high rpms and have a loss of power..any into would be helplull!!

1992 cummins, pump work 4000 rpm governing spring,lucus POD injectors,2003 HX35 turbo with a BD power wastegate 40 psi boost, BHAF, four inch straight pipe,isspro egt and boost,350 hp south bend clutch rebuilt tranny. 17 alloys with 285 cooper mts.
