so here it it im at a total loss i have an 03 3500 6 speed ho with 220,000 im driving along getting 25 mpg running great not making any noise i had just changed the oil also i got to where i was going met up with my buddy and got some fuel so when i went to start it up to leave and the second it fired it was knocking like you would not believe would barely idle and was blowing whitish smoke i shut it off right away and hasnt ran since these are my trouble codes p0602 p0480 p0483 p0107 and p 0073 i know what the codes mean is it possible that the fuel timing is all whacked out and that is where the horrible knock is coming from?? what should i do to fix all this mess??? i also drained the oil and there is nothing whats so ever in it other than good clean oil!! thanks for the help bryan
