99 Chevy 3500 6.6 Duramax Diesel that won't start

Hello. I have a 1999 Chevy 3500 6.6 Duramax Diesel that won't start. We have charged the battery and checked to make sure that there was power going to the battery. It's also not the starter. What else can it be?? Please help!!!

It will crank....just not turn over....

hmm

not a dmax expert...just throwin ideas out there randomly. Are you gettin fuel to the injectors?

crank position sensor? is the engine light on? how bout fuel filter, when was that last changed?
