just for comparison.... on my 12valve i could, and did it only once, peg a 1600* pyro with stock injectors, 100 fuel plate, 42psi on stock charger and a little water/meth. that was when i raced it on the street against a 3rd gen truck and had my **** handed to me. with that being said anything slightly over stock HP levels, in a high gear with the go pedal through the floor for over 30 sec 1350 dosen't sound off a bit. mine would see that multiple times daily. like uncle stated 30-35 ok 35+ yer askin fer trouble..... just don't make it a habbit of driving like that.... lugging it in high gear and floorin' it can allow the cyl walls to become washed down, this can lead to premature piston ring failure causing excessive blow-by, also this will contaminate your motor oil and can lead to premature bearing failure and excessive wear on all moving internal parts..... and i bet your clutch dosen't like you either......
