Its a 96 F350 obviously with a 7.3

The problem: Its idling rough and choppy. Almost kinda like a lope. It dont bark when she starts... like a 7.3 When a take off theres a slight loss of power and its rough. No blue smoke. If i lay into it the oil pressure gauge shoots down to the low redline and then shoots right back up to normal within a split second. Could it be the HPOP? It is the factory pump from 96.

Injectors were replaced with Bean's Stage 1's 30K ago so I wouldnt think its injector related unless its the IDM? Idk guys. Im only 18 and could reaaally use some of your guy's troubleshoots. Thanks! Appreciate it!
