AND YES I HAVE A COLD AIR INTAKE ON THE TRUCK. TODAY I HAD A FRIEND TAKE HER OUT HE SAYS IT FEELS GREAT AND PULLS GREAT I GIVE UP. AM I JUST USE TO THE POWER IN HER NOW AND WANT MORE. BUT AT HI RPMS IT FEELS LIKE THE TRUCK JUST DROPS POWER AND IT IS NOT PULLING ANYMORE. TURBO SPOOLS GREAT NO LEAKS THAT I COULD FIND.AND YES ALL LILTERS ARE CLEAN SO AM I CRAZY OR THERE MIGHT BE A FUEL PROBLEM OR A MAP PROBLEM NOT SURE HUMMMMMMMMM

Check and fix these grounds and get a fuel pressure guage hooked up and I would bet that between the two things you will find your problem.
Ground problems can be intermitent in many cases. Could also be a ground problem in the lift pump that is causing intermitent pressure problems.
