hey, guys the proublem i am having is my 2003 dodge is wanting to die when i take off from a trafficlight . This proublem is intermitant, also when the truck is idleing in the driveway every few seconds it develops what sounds to be a fuel knock and the fuel pressure will drop 5-10 psi and then recover. can someone please help?

 

Sounds like the lift pump,or air getting in the line.What type of lift pump you have?

 

i have a raptor lift pump witch was only instaled about 6 months ago

what kind of fuel psi should i be running my pump was set at 15to20 psi i just uped it to between 30 and 40 psi ??

15 psi is about right for idle...are you running gauges?

 

30-40 is too much for a stock cp3 Mines set to 25 max
