removing fuel lines on 2002 d max

Default removing fuel lines on 2002 d max

i am doing head studs on my truck and i need to get the fuel lines out of my way is there a special tool you need to do this or an i doing it worng? if there is a tool where would i get it from?

You need a set of line disconnect tools. You should be able to get them from napa or harbor freight, I have the maseter kit from Snap On. Its the same disconnect tools used on transmission lines and A/C lines.

yup, the retianling clips just come off and u will need a 1/2 and 3/8 quick disconnect tool. i recommend the white plastic kind
