Default 1996 c3500 electrical problems

I have a 1996 c3500, 6.5 turbo diesel, I am having trouble with a few electrical acc. the radio, the wipers and the ac and the heater motor all quit working at the same time. I checked the fuse box in the dash and I am not getting power through those circuits but the fuses are not blown. any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you checked any of the main fuses in the engine bay. Could also have a worn through wire with a truck of that age too. But I would check in the wngine bay for a blown fuse.

Do they still run fusible links in 96? I think my 95 has resettable relays. Which if it does it would be the same thing you are thinking. Not for sure just don't remember seeing links on it.
