fuel psi havet checked yet going to tonight. anyone know what size fuel lines are used on the 94,95 dodge cummins. and the size on the 91 f350 with the 7.3 non-powerstroke? when i was driving the othernight you could peg it and it would hesitate and die. i know it couldnt be a problem with anything on the motor cause it ran flalesly when it was in the dodge and all i did was swaped it into the f350

which fuel lines? The rubber ones? 3/8" supply and 5/16" return.

I dont think line size is the problem here - sounds like lack of fuel pressure, may have some air in the fuel system or a small leak.

Did you check fuel pressure?

Brandon, your going to be a hell of a mechanic once you get all through this.
