pump problems

my 2000 ctd would not start after i shut it down i replaced the transfer pump still wont start i think i nedd injection pump. So i was woundering if there is one place better than the other also if you can buy a new pump that will boost more power than stock

Did you crack the injector lines to bleed the air out?
Do you have any codes?
Read this before spending $1k.
