Default Low Boost Issues

ok so i set up everything fo mounting on the twins and i reclocked my super b turbo which i could get to 37 to 40 psi and now after i put it back to single turbo output so i can still drive and clocked it back to normal, no i can only get 27 to 30 psi at wot and we tightend everything down, we did mess with the waste gate but we didnt spin the rod at all and out it back to how it was. and guesses on how to fix this problem?

I would love to know how you fix it.

I installed a some injectors a while back and boost fell from 29 to 21 now. Granted I need more air but strange nonetheless.

mine did the same thing! I was able to hit 45+ and after my injectors I couldn't get much over 35. I found that my adjustable boost elbow wasn't slowing the air down enough to keep the WG closed. I ran the adjustment screw in and got back to where it was.

test yer air charge system you may have a leak

easy to do just go get ya a 4" rubber boot and a 4" PVC 40 schd cap....tap the cap to accept some 1/4" plumbing to include a gauge and a tire valve nipple ..............get a couple good clamps and clap the thing on yer turbo inlet and charge it up with yer air compressor.

I did this to 11 trucks during a truck rally at my shop and guess what......found leaks on every single truck including mine
