cutting out

ok today I was out driving my dodge just got it and was testing out the power and my speedo doesnt work but anyways I shift into fifth and when I get up pretty fast it cuts out a little kinda like if your maxing out first or second gear you can see my sig and see what ive done to it do you think I need a gsk and if so 3k or 4k thanks also if I rev it up pretty good it also does it

sounds like a fueling issue to me.........change the filter to start with then see how it does from there

changed my fuel filter and still was doing it cutting off but I would hit my fuel primer bulb a few times and it would crank back up then I went to the store and put more gas in it and its fixed my gauge does work but someone moved the needle so half a tank was supposed to be set on about empty anyways thanks for the support
