ok so heres my problem I cant find my outside temp sensor or plug my overhead display compass works but temp doesnt I think it says Oc but anyways could someone upload or send me some pics of were it is and were it comes from under the hood and what it looks like thanks very much (1998 dodge cummins 3500 12 valve 5 speed with leather)

 

If its like my 99 dodge it means out of calibration and it is because of the compass.when you drive around in a circle past 360 degrees or more it will go into calibration mode.Keep driving slowly in circles and it will recalibrate it. Be sure you are away from buildings in a large parking lot or a field works best.Hope this helps.

 

Sorry no pics but on my 97 it was located by the passenger side headlight.

 

ok jet a fuel ille try that tommoro thanks and red rattler ive found a plug but it looks like a past foglight plug ( very small with blue grommet around it dont know if its it though)

 

can you pull down the overhead console and rewire another outside temp sensor if so which wires are what thanks
