Okay, here is the plan based on the responses:
1. Ck manual for removal of proper fuse to ABS/Brake switch circuit. Not sure of which number fuse it is so need to verify that first.
2. Ck brake pedal switch for proper alignment and function. Replace if in doubt.
3. Replace rear end speedo sensor.
4. Report back with results.
Fingers are crossed to solving this problem.

Got called back to work. Emergency. Haven't purchase the rear end sensor yet or had time to check brake switch for those are the next steps for me. Believe only place to get one is the dealer. Correct:?

this is the brake pedal switch from Autozone. SU3356 *should* be the part number for the rear speed sensor on the rearend from autozone. it is $42.99. hope this helps. the dealer will be some crazy high prices.

Thanks a lot for the numbers Benjamin. Will stop by Autozone Monday on the way home and see if they stock or need to order. I'll continue to post the progress until my ABS & Brake lights are corrected. Hopefully, that will assist someone else in the future should the need arise.
