Default vacume pump

i have a 200 dodge and am having trouble removing the vacume/power steering pump i have removed the 4 bolts that hold it into the housing but can't get it out what have i missed?

Its been awhile since i have done one but im thinkin that the gear is bolted to the pump drive or is pressed on just cant remember how it is for sure sorry not too much help on a definate answer but i belive it is one or the other.

Mine I pulled right out the gear case, no need to pull the gear, but if someone has messed with it before it may have gasket glue of RTV on it making it hard to pull out.

Isn't there a bracket that goes on the block as well that is kind of hidden? I am trying to remember for sure, it's been a few years since I had one off.

Did you remove the oil line for the vac pump?

well therre is a bracket on the back of the pump if you get it far enough off the ground that the suspenchion sags you can see it if you have someone else turn the wheel you can see ti but not easy to get to and then the pump removed easly guess next time ill have to look closer found it on a budys holist and problem solved
