12v not starting...replaced fuel lines,cleaned tank,no starting

if you are talking about the actual lever that selonoid pulls on the YES it is moving.
i even put a paint line on the lever that is attached to the rod that the arm is on to see if it was sliping.....and it is not
i put some gas through to see if that would dilute some things and I going to flush it out here with fresh diesel and see if i can start it.
is it possible the overflow valve I JUST bought is screwy?the truck ran really strong after i put it in...it is a bosch brand though

just put a fuel gauge on it,air guage above the filter housing.supply line into the injector pump.the guage would get up to about 22psi and then go back down to 10....it did that about 2 times during my 20 seconds of cranking.STILL NO FLUID COMING OUT OF INJECTER LINES.the line are all open at the delivery valves.
i have the supply line routed to a jar with fuel and can see the fuel going down...doesnt seem to be that much when i am cranking.seems to go down more when i prime in the same time frame.I JUST REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP last week though.
i was thinking worn cam lobe....but the guage make s me think the pump is working just fine.
i am running out of ideas.

had another 12 valve owner come over and check out the truck.\
thinks i need to check out the plate near the afc and see if the rod or pin is working or broken
.

I am still trying to figure it out.this down time is keeping me from hauling things and possibly costing me more money.
I AM OFFERING 100 dollars to anyone who can help me fix my truck or show what is wrong and what it needs to get started.
I will give someone 20 dollars just to show up for an hour.
if we can get it started and running i will give you another 80 dollars,NO JOKE.
I am in the BREVARD county area of florida.

Don't give up on it even though I know it's maddening. My truck was down for 2 months a few years back for fuel problems. Cummins and Dodge gave up trying to figure it out and just wanted to replace the whole system. I brought it home and we tore everything that touches fuel out of the truck and I'm talkin all the way from the tank to the VP, it all came out and we started puttin it back together one piece at a time testing everything as we went.
Finally found it. I used slip on fittings with stainless braided fuel line and one of the fittings skinned the rubber inside of hose. So the truck would start fine but within a few minutes would die. As fuel flowed it would flip that skinned section up and block the line off and then it would die, pressure would drop and the flap would lay back down flat.
That 6 inch section of hoses with that little 1/4 inch long flap cost me a few thousand dollars and three months of no truck. I still have the section as a reminder. So never give up no matter how small or stupid the problem may be.

Have you pulled the module from the tank and checked the lines? Sometimes they crack and it lets air into the system.

I would think that since he said he has his feed line routed into a clear container and has been watching the level drop as he primes and cranks the engine he has eliminated the tank and lines from there to the engine. It seems that would point to a problem in the IP.
