12v not starting...replaced fuel lines,cleaned tank,no starting

My 94 CTD is not starting.
I have replaced the fuel lines from the tank(rubber ones, and diesel rated)
from the engine bay(local store, but not leaks ,and ran when replaced)
I have also dropped the tank and cleaned the fuel filter/pod

replaced overflow valve, fuel filter cleaned out, heater fuel bowl.

only mods are fuel heater delete and aftermarket injectors.have been running the injectors for about half a year now though.

i was running a WVO blend of about 50 percent or less i did notice buildup but i have cleaned and added pure pump station fuel.

I see no fuel coming out of injection pump after the delivery valves(i have them opened before the line)

anything else i can look for?is thier anything in the injection pump that needs to be looked at?put some cleaner?

I have the main fuel supply line running off the side into a bowl of fuel and it seems to be pulling in fuel just fine.

everynow and then I hear a "pop" noise from the engine..is thier a valve or something in the injector pump that could be plugged up?yes the fuel selonoid is working.......

i just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter today...though it was a fuel pump problem but still not starting....replaced fuel filter after cranking 5 times or more.
thinking of putting gasoline in injector pump and let it sit....could this damage anything in thier?

replaced the boost line, coming off the waste gate with a hose that is just a hair to big but clamped it off, still a bit loose, but the truck ran after i did that....

maybe a link to explain the injector pump is needed here

crack some injector lines at the head and get em primed

so re tighten the lines after the Dvalves and open them before the injectors?

Make sure you got fuel to the injection pump first, tighten that line, then crack an injector line. No matter which one, just the easiest to get to.

make sure youdidnt bump the shut off solenoid when you were messing around down in there...if it is in the off position you aint gonna get it started:U:

don't just crack the injector line at the injector,, take it loose. It is easier for the pump to prime if it has nothing to slow the fuel on the injector side. I learned the hard way after burning up a starter.

i have all the lines after the delivery valves loose now,i think that will work as will be able to see fuel spray out when cranking.I am thinking of adding some gas to the fuel filter priming and let it soak for a while.I can see fuel go through to the overflow valve,I loosened to see if i was getting fuel there...and i see it squirting out.

I have messed with and adjusted the selonoid shutoff switch.it has run since adjusting it though.has not run in over a week now.

anything on the injection pump i can check?anything that could get gunk in it and make the pump not work.?i have cranked this think about 30 times and nothing coming out of the Dvalves.I ave just replaced the overflow valve but it has run since replacing it.and it ran the strongest i have ever felt once i replaced it...it is a bosch with the ball on top.

Are you positive you are getting fuel to the inlet on the P pump? There is a button the lift pump you can push to manually prime the pump. You have to start there or everything else will not make sense.

good point Jason........I was assuming he was primed to there:humm:

If fuel is coming out where the overflow valve is then does that mean I am getting fuel to the inlet of the P pump?

P pump= injection pump or fuel pump?

I have my fuel pump routed to suck fuel from a container in the engine bay so i can see the fuel being sucked down.I prime the pump by pushing the button on the pump and i can see the fuel going down.I crannks the truck and I can see the fuel going down......
I see fuel coming out of the overflow valve....i see fuel coming out of the supply line to the injection pump...i tighten everything up except after the delivery valves.I dont see anyfuel comiong out of there.

iarghhhh
