Where can I find a replacement diaphram and a 366 govenor spring for my 93 12v CTD?

I got one qoute for the spring, nuttin for for the diaphram.
waiting for a question on the spring to be answered by the vendor before ordering.
My diaphram has a hole in it I patched with fingernail polish to " make do"

still no replies about the diaphram, I guess they just don't go bad.. Mine has a hole in it I repaired with a spot of finger nail polish. I have a quote for a spring, but no need to buy a spring until I can replace the diaphram. that two birds anda stone thing ....

I ordered springs and have a tracking number. Still no info on a diaphram

 

I recieved the spring in the mail. Now I've gotta get brave enough to install it.
