my friends dodge well lets start by saying he just replaced the ip lift pump ecm tps altenator he has an edge juice w/attitude the truck willl start and run but will not rev past 1000rpms no guages are working and the altenator is not charging any ideas please let me know he is tired of putting money in it

Don't know for sure, but it sounds to me like either a ground issue, or a bad PCM. I would start with cleaning all the grounds.

 

start with the basics check batterys see what the cold cranking amps are make sure the wire pos wire is good for the crossover check your disterbution box is good make sure all the fuses are good clean your ground like mishaya said on the engine and frame.
