I am assuming you are working on a HX-35
Soak the area where the bearing housing, and exhaust housing meet with a good penetration oil, PB Break Free is a good one. Let it soak for a few minutes, and hit it again with the penetration oil.
If you have a vise, gently put the bearing housing in it and tap the exhaust housing off. Don't whack it, less is more here. You want to massage it off over a period of several minutes, not all at once. Make sure your hits go around the axis of the housing at the 12, 6,3, and 9 o'clock positions. You want the housing to come off evenly.
That should do it. Good luck

Speaking from experience, I don't know. Personally, I would say not, and would buy another turbo.
