when it stops running on starting fluid does it die?

Crack your injection lines and turn it over and see if fuel sprays out

if you got good fuel to the nozzles and its not running then its not coming out of the nozzles.

why did you change the IP and LP did you get bad fuel or did they fail normally ?

may be electrical as well do you have any codes?

if you are getting fuel when its cranking to the injectors but not after its running then maybe something electrical is stopping the VP from delivering fuel when its running
