i have replaced loads of injectors in the 5.9 is a knocking type noise? if so injector my be hanging and not getting its preignition causing excessive knock pull valve cover and disconnect each injector until knock disappears, disconnect with engine off, once you find out which move injector to another cylinder then repeat steps and see if the knock moves if it does replace injector, if it dont make sure high pressure connector is tight and not deformed

Check the wires for a tight connection and make sure that they are all on the correct way also.
