Default I got an oil leak

Hey everyone.I own a 94 Ram 3500 Cummins single cab Dually and it leaks oil behind and down from the Injector pump.It looks like a cover for something.I've been told by my friends dad its the lifter gasket or something but i don't believe him.I've looked on Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts for replacements but I don't know what the damn thing is called so im S.O.L. Can someone point me in the right direction?

no. i can't take a pic of it right now cause the truck isn't at my house.it looks like,to me, a piece of rubber about 2-3 inches wide and 7-9 inches long.its on the block.I know i need a new gasket for it but i don't know what the name of it is and I can't find an engine diagram that shows it.It's really aggravating seeing as that's the only thing wrong with the truck now after i put in a rebuilt tranny and a reman. Turbo.

I went and looked at my truck today and i can't take a pic of my problem cause there isn't enough room nor light to get a good shot.I talked to my step-dad and he says they used to call it a Lifter box or something when he used to be a mechanic.

heh,i found the name of the part. It's called the Pushrod Cover gasket.now I'm going to have a blast getting in there to replace it...

Since there have been no updates in so long, I'm going to assume that the problem is fixed and am closing this thread. The thread can be re opened if needed.
