My moneys on the lift pump...Same symptoms mine had. The Lift pump is about halfway back on the drivers side of motor mounted on the fuel filter bowl. It basically is a in line pump that pulls the fuel from the tank and pushes it to the CP3 injection pump.

Red_Rattler i pmed you back ill call you tommorow ill try to trouble shoot it and then ill be looking for a lifter pump what is a good aftermarket replacement?
