Default 06 Ford lack of power hard start

Have a 06 powerstroke. Have serious power issues. I just changed the frame rail fuel pump. Due lack of fuel getting to the top fuel bowl. That worked for that issue but know I am having more problems truck would not start and I also had NO power once I got her started. I am getting pc2290 ICP Injector control pressure to low. I was told it might be the hpop. Anyone have any ideas. How would I found out exactly what it is. The truck is out of warrenty I am on my own for this one. If it is a hpop do they make a after market one or is it best to go straight to ford to get one.

Id pull the valve covers and check the hpo tubes coming from the block to the oil rail there prone to blow orings usually if the pump go its gone it won't start also pull the ipr and make sure the screens still on it good luck
