Could be a bad sensor or it could be a bad/shorted harness.

I will let you know Monday how mine turns out. I just had the same code problem yesterday and ended up having AAA tow it in to the dealership today. Good luck with yours!!

Thank god for my old 1990 12 valve all she needs is 12 volts to the fuel pump and a lot of diesel. I do miss the nice ride of the 04. I'll check wires in the daylight.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

What kind of pressure should i have on the fuel filter. I clamped a 1/4" 60 lb. gauge on the drain line and opened the valve, turned the key on and got 9lbs. of press. Is that enough?

I had the P0192 code, took my truck in to dealer on Saturday.
Got it back today. They had to replace the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor, $573.00 item from the dealer. Mine was still under warranty.
