Hard starting in a 2004.5

I cannot test the system any further, I just dont have the tools. My truck is going into Dodge tommorow, any they are going to test everything and tell me what is going on, I will post any and all information that I get. I am sure there is a problem with the high pressure system, whether it is that pressure relief valve, a shot injector or two, or the injection pump. But I will post what I find.

Ok, just got my truck back from dodge. The pressure relief valve is shot, and needs to be fixed. Cummins wants 850 bucks for one, but they want 580 for the whole rail with both sensors. Dodge wants 620 bucks for one (the valve), so I am thinking I will just buy one from Dodge. But I have seen some forums about capping the fuel rail, my truck is not chipped or anything like that, but the potential for serious damage seems pretty great for me to cheap out with a fix like that. Input?
