Default 6.5L Turbo Troubles???

I have a 1994 Chevrolet K2500 with a 6.5l turbo diesel and many problems. It is just that I don't know where to start working on them and I just need a little help from some of you veteran dieselers. The truck starts fine but don't get it over 2500 rpms or it will start cutting out and then just shut down. Start it back up and drive for another mile maybe and cut out and shut down. It also will not shift into high gear unless you are under 2500 rpms. I have run the codes on the truck and here is what I came up with. DTC 15,18,19,35,36,54,78,81,& 96. I would appreciate all the help I can get right now. It's just pretty F@#$%*& frustrating because I don't know where to start. Thanks ahead of time and for the forum guys.

Sounds like maybe low fuel pressure from a plugged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump. Can try the fuel filter first being it be the cheapest and simplest.
