Default Power loss

Well I'm not a happy camper, the weather warmed up a bit about a week ago and I'm coming home from work on the interstate, been driving for about 20mins. and I start losing power. I'm running between 65 to 70 mph. when it happens I check the fuel pressure right away and it still up around 16 psi, rpm's are falling and I'm losing spd. This only happens @ highway speeds, I never have this problem in town or when the air temp is below 40 F. Any ideas this is the second Dodge I've owned that seems to like it cold outside.

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? I like to change mine every O/C or every other one.

The Edge programmer has the fuel pressure sensor right in front of the injector pump. If the fuel filter was dirty I would be seeing something less than 5 psi. The other thing that I checked is the throttle % and at those moments its reading 98-100%.

I'm working this weekend so I won't be able to get to it until Monday. Thanks for the suggestion. Will let you know how it turns out.
