Default 7.3 Will not start

It had pretty cold here the past few days, truck had been plugged in. Go to start it, she ran for 45 seconds then died. Well I think I have a gelling issue. Got some 911 put in the tank, got the truck tarped with a Salamander heater under it for 2 days. Try to start it, and nothing. It cranks but will not fire. Was getting no reading on tach while cranking, so I replaced the CPS. NO I have register on tach when cranking. I can empty the fuel bowl, and crank it over, and the bowl will fill back up, so I know it's not gelled now because I am getting fuel. Cracked the return line open to see if maybe there was air in the fuel lines, and had my dad crank it over, fuel comes out so I know the fuel is running through the heads ok. I am at a loss here been messing with it for a couple of days now and out of ideas. any help would be appreciated.

are your batteries fully charged? i had to replace mine the other day cause it wouldn't spin the motor fast enough for the HPOP (high pressure oil pump) to build enough pressure for the injectors to fire. also i would verify that the glow plugs are working. what are the temps where you are at?

^^^ Exactly the same thing I had too with my past truck. Motor turned but the batteried were not putting out enough to crank the oil pump. replaced the batteries and it fired up.

got new batteries in it, glow plugs working fine. It was below zero for 3 days straight with 2 nights getting at least -15. It's now in the 20's.
