Default Junk Coaltrain Trans Need help!!!

I got a Coaltrain trans that will not shift correctly, will not completly lock up, and i can drive straight through the converter. (this is the second tranny like this)
Any input on how to get it to lock?

Talking to Mark and Richard is a waste of time as they seem to not know anything about trannys .

I hate to bring it up like this but I can only take B.S. for so long for something I paid a good chunk of coin for.

Any help would be greatly appriciated

Is it a tranny they build or do they just install them from company "X"? I imagine Mark and Rich are the owner of said company.

Mark & Richard are co-owners of Coaltrain Diesel Performance they are local to me and good guys to deal with, they are on the up and up and I am sure they will rectify the situation.

Builder is not the owner of the truck! Red_Rattler you could see from my first post that Builder posted about 1/3 of the whole story. Am I right? We are working with the owner to get everything fixed asap!!!

Yup, thats why I was curious why you took it down it showed that you were trying and in contact with whoever is having the probs. Theres always 2 sides to a story and I'm glad you got to say your half. Nothing like getting your name trashed when your doing everything in your power to try to help! I moded my previous post since the new info has come out.

Thanks!! Yes there are 2 sides. The thread starter did not even come close to telling everything though. Mark and myself are working with the actual owner and will get everything handled asap!!
