Transfer PUMP Gone

Don't fall over when you see the price. That's the big drawback to em. When my time comes again I am either going with the RASP mechanical pump or the Walbro depending on finances at the time. For value, Walbro is about the best bang for the buck. For dependability nothing compares to the RASP, but it's not cheap either.

Oh I don't know. The cost of a FASS at around $900 Canadian and the cost of a stock LIFT pump at $450 Canadian + your time + dependability + 6 year warranty and so on - not much could beat them. If I needed to do more I would look to the commercial line of Parker and Racor but those systems are huge and just don't have the room to install on our trucks.
I will not argue that they aren't cheap but your time and safety have got to be worth something right?
I will say whatever you decide to do make sure your pump is rated to handle diesel fuel and that you use large ID piping to the fittings so that there is no flow restriction.

Well, I don't know - the same place you would I guess. The last I bought from Cummins in Calgary 4 or so years ago for $325 - I sold it weeks later (after I bought my FASS for $270). The last one I priced was from DC just before the in-tank replacement and it was $463 - BEFORE install.
Maybe they saw me coming, maybe not. I don't care. I have a FASS 150.

I have about a dozen OEM lift pumps in my shop that I will give you for free......it would be the worst nightmare a Cummins dude could ever have :pc:
I would have more but I only been savin them for about a year

Holy Cow. Walbro kit with all the fitting and lines to change everything is around $250. RASP mechanical setup around $800. These are US prices though.
