Default 03 Dead AGAIN!

WTF!? Good thing I won that pump..... Is there anyway at all a new stock lp can die in about 350 miles?!?! I can still hear it buzzin but it just runs outa fuel after idling for a lil bit. Then I leave the pump run after it dies, restart to 5k of rail pressure sits there for alil bit starts to fluctuate then dies!

Do you think it could be fuel gelling up? It has been cold as hell here lately but with todays winter blend fuels I thought that was a thing of the past?

Dump some diesel 911 in and change the fuel filter out. As soon as possible, if the 911 treated the problem, top off with #1.

Update: At the stealer with my favorite diesel tech and the new lp ended up not passing the flow test. So the new pump was a weak pump which would explaine to me why I thought my rail pressure was lower on the truck after the install. But just to be sure after when I get the new pump on everything down stream from the lp is getting tested to.....

Big thanks to Geno's garage btw for making this right, sent them a email with a prompt reply and a number for me to call with a very helpful tech! They are sending a new pump to me via next day delivery with a return sticker so I'm not out any money on this deal. Thats why I like shopping there, they still care about the customer!
