Default Truck question??

so the GMC i got seems to have a tranny prob, when i bought it the truck had a chip in it. so i asked if they had the guys phone number that had it before and asked him if he ever beat on the truck and he said no and he didnt seem to lie about it and told me alot about the truck. So i bought it and now drove it a few time, seems like the trannys slipping really bad im starting to think the guy ran the chip all the way up on 150 extra hp and thats why its slipping. so my question is should i keep it and do some tranny work or take it back to the dealer and get my money back the warrenty i have for it will give it all back till the end of the month so i have to act fast. what should i do?? THIS REALLY PISSES ME OFF

This is just my opinion, but if it is already giving you trouble then it may just end up being nothing but problems......
hope what ever you decide works out..

Isn't it against the law for a dealer to sell a vehicle with known problems?? BTW, don't let them pull "we already sent the payment to the bank scheme".
