Fass Owners I Need Advice.

Well you didn't say that there smart ***.
My guess is that you have a bad ground somewhere then. All your grounds or neg's are they body grounds or terminal post grounds? If they are body grounds, take them all off and make them all battery post grounds, you will be much, much happier.
Check all the posts for fit and finish and clean them up (12V+) and you should take care of the noise just by doing that.

I would consider it normal. All the Fass pumps make a sound thats similar to cavitation, Its common to the gearator type.

I thought it was a pump problem. But it might be electrical. Different issue entirely. The unit should come complete with a relay and a fuse on the harness. If it didn't contact your supplier for the goods but since you have that you don't need another one.
What you need to do is look at your power lines and ground lines. Running these to the -12V and +12V is the only way it should be done. Of course that's from a guy that has replaced all his body grounds...

well to make this easy it sounds like it gets a little louder then a little less loud . only when the truck has been running. it is a steady sound when i turn the key on to start and when i first leave and then when i have driven a little bit then i stop and i hear the pump make the 2 diff noises right after each other like it cycles the 2 noises. thats is the best way i can discrbe it

my pump does the same thing when i come to a stop i have the new pickup tube in mine so ive always thought it was just from the fuel sloshing from the stop and the pump was sucking a little air too, i wouldnt worry about this the pumps make all kinds of different noises
