starting trouble

My truck is a 1998 dodge ram 2500, auto, 5.9L cummins turbo, 24 valve,

Just started having starting trouble, batteries read 12.9v and alt. is reading 13.63v. I am coming up with trouble codes p1693 and p0230, fuel pump primary circuit, Getting harder to start, cleaned all the grounds coming from batteries, Any help welcome.
