Default LOADS TO HAUL, FAN WON'T ENGAGE HELP ASAP

Fan clutch went out on my 03 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9. When it went out it tore both plugs, truck side & fan side, I had to hard wire the new fan. After installing the new fan, I am still showing a P0483 code. Does this mean my fan isn't engaging? Unfortunately, my truck never runs over 200 degrees so I don't hear fan kick in and I am not sure at what temp it is supposed to kick in. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated, have to get the truck on the road..ASAP

Hey thanks again, but I can stop this fan with my hand. It's a new fan, I was wondering about the wiring. I got a schematic from the Dodge dealership

This is how I hard wired the new fan install.
