2000 F-350 7.3 PowreSmokeSuperDually has not been started in +2yrs, Just pressure washed cobwebs and algae growth from vehicle, a visual inspect while engine is running, turbo spins but does not spool when throttle is punched. When engine is shot off, turbine spins freely 30 seconds? There is no noticeable vacuum at the waste-gate diaphragm while engine is running, I believe the Vac system is at fault but where to begin?
