Default 2wd 48re shifting very slow in 2nd and 3rd

Ok so I have a 04 dodge 2wd Cummins and my trans has shifted fine till just recently !!! If I'm leaving a stop light on the. Highway and give it some gas it shifts fine into second but once in second it is almost like it isn't getting the normal amount of power to the road and it makes me feel like I have to let off the gas to get it to shift into 3rd 3rd seems like it isn't applying the same power but not as bad. My converter Locks like a champ. I don't no what I need to do to fix this but I need yalls help. It's really annoying how it just seems like I'm just giving rpm and no speed. It's got no codes for trans but I don't no when or if the filter or any sensors have been changed ..... Could a filter or sensors cause weak shifts ? Any help is much appreciated
