Default 06 f350 died and wont start

I am working on an 06 f350 it died going down the road and wont start it has 134000 miles I did an air test on the hpo system and I hear a lot of gurgling under drivers side valve cover I have checked the ipr and seems to be working fine the only code we got was a p2291 I was told that the last mechanic had upgraded the stc fitting as well can anyone tell me what this gurgling is? Is it a bad hpop or what could I do next. I don't hear any other air leaks

Thanks

Well pulled hpop today did an air test on pump alone and the air was coming out the seal around the shaft that is what was making the gurgling sound so if someone tells you that is normal to have a gurgling sound I think they are wrong just my opinion
