electrical starting issue

2005 6.0L turbo F-350. I popped a fuse that operates the horn. actually 3 of them. after fixing this the truck wont start without arcing the starter. i'm curious if Ford has an in-line starting fuse that i'm not finding or if i could have blown a relay somewhere?
