rough idle,shake and white smoke

rough idle,shake and white smoke
I got a new head put on my 24v cummins, has an edge with attitude,today after an oil change I drove 2 blocks and pow,no power,it shakes and smokes white,could it be injectors or valve adjustment, plz help

It could be air in your injector lines since you had to pull them off for the new head.
Crack the lines and see if your getting air from the lines. If not, then i would recheck the timing of the valves.
